  • 2 eggs
  • Half an avocado
  • Some parsley (your desired amount)-finely chopped
  • 2-3 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic (chopped)
  • Red pepper (chopped)
  • Half a tomato
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

How to make a black bean breakfast
