As someone who is *addicted to blending*, you can guess where my addiction took me today! Cucumber smoothie! Not just for fun, but for my well-being and overall health.

Well, there are a variety of reasons why people make fruit and vegetable smoothies.
But today, we’re going to put our focus on the cucumber smoothie.
First, as the title reads, detoxification…, I’m here trying to eliminate toxins from the body, improve health, and promote baby weight loss.
If you read and research more about health and clean eating, you’ll understand that cucumber or its water, for that matter, can help soothe your skin. Staying hydrated helps your body flush out toxins and maintain a healthy complexion.

For these reasons, I thought it would be good to share with you how I approach it.
- 1 cucumber
- 1 apple (preferably green)
- 1 pear
- 1 lime (juice)
- 5 cubes Pineapple
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until everything is smooth. If you want it a little thinner, you can add a little water.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
