Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen avocado cubes
- 2 tbsp whey protein powder
- 3/4 cup water (room temperature)
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy the deliciousness!
Notes
Despite having used frozen fruits in this recipe, you can as well choose to use fresh ones if that's what you prefer. All in all, it will be a lovely, yummy, and creamy strawberry avocado smoothie.
