Although I used a banana in this smoothie, it tastes like kiwi. I wanted to give you a different smoothie that didn’t taste too much like a banana. But if you love the banana flavor in smoothies, here’s one for you.

If you’re looking for a smoothie that might convince other family members to love smoothies, this is the smoothie for you. Your kids will love this kiwi spinach smoothie, and even those who don’t like the taste of raw spinach won’t notice. So much yumminess, and it tastes delicious.

The best thing about this kiwi spinach smoothie and many smoothies is that you always have everything on hand. And if you don’t already have them (the ingredients), you can find them at any local shop, wherever you are.

Ingredients in this kiwi spinach smoothie

  • Kiwi – Why not eat more vitamin C and fiber from fruits in the new year? Studies show that this tart fruit can support the heart, digestive, and immunity. So I thought it was a healthy choice of fruit with lots of antioxidants to keep us healthy and enjoy every sip. 2 of them were enough for this smoothie, but if you need more glasses of this smoothie or even more taste of kiwi, then go ahead and add another one.
  • Spinach – There’s no doubt that spinach is one of the most popular vegetables. The reason: it’s low in calories, contains a lot of fiber and is rich in vitamins. All these benefits make it a suitable ingredient for almost everything. So I used a cup and a half of baby spinach, and I love it.
  • Banana – 1/2 banana to add natural sweetness. A frozen banana is suitable for a good creamy texture, but even a fresh one is good.
  • Yogurt – 1/2 cup natural yogurt.
  • Water – Just a 1/4 cup cold water for a good smooth consistency.

  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup natural yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cold water


  • Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until everything is smooth.
