Most of my recent smoothies are green smoothies—therefore, I thought it would be good to share something different and colorful as we look forward to spring. So even though an orange smoothie is not new here either, you will love the combination of this orange carrot mango smoothie.

Mango is a smoothie ingredient I’ve used a few times (check out this recipe), creating a wonderfully creamy base. I stocked up on some specifics to make this smoothie combo I craved for a few months ago and finally made it.

The warm vibe and the thought inspire it that we will start seeing some color soon. But since smoothies are easier to make, I wanted to see how it would work, all pulp included. The main ingredients are mango, orange slices, and carrots.

    • Orange slices– Adding orange slices to your smoothie will make your smoothie tastier and add more nutrients. (Orange health benefits and nutritional facts- Healthline).
    • Mango– You can use frozen mango if you prefer, but I decided to keep this fresh. Fresh fruits are low in calories and high in water and fiber to help fill you up. Mango, which contains both vitamin A and vitamin C, helps to form collagen, a protein that cares for the elasticity of the skin, as well as hair growth and skin renewal.
    • Carrots– Carrots are excellent sources of nutrients like potassium, antioxidants, and vitamin A, among many others. Not forgetting, carotene, a type of carotenoid, is the nutrient that turns carrots orange and also promotes good health. So clean your fresh carrots and slice them to prepare that yummy smoothie!

    How to make an orange mango carrot smoothie

    In a blender, put all your ingredients.

    Note: This time, we will not use water which is my favorite for blending. We use natural orange juice from one orange to blend and make the smoothie with your preferred consistency.


    Add the orange juice to the blender and blend until smooth.

    • 1 citrus juicer


    • 1 cup sliced mango
    • 1 peeled and sliced orange
    • 1 cup natural orange juice
    • 1 big sliced carrot
