Hello, summer. Has summer officially started in your country, or is it just here in Norway? Today we had 23 degrees, and I can tell you, it was pretty warm. I couldn’t think of anything else to sip on other than orange-mint-infused water with this condition. I’ll be sharing its recipe here.
As you all may know, oranges have plenty of benefits. One of it’s best being vitamin C: while mint is a good antioxidant. Therefore, this orange mint water is a perfect drink for a hot summer day as you get direct water replacement healthily.
I thought it would be good to share it with you. And, you may have found a new way to flavor your water!

So here we go!
Orange-mint infused water
- 1 large orange
- 8-10 mint leaves
- A large glass
- Fill your glass with 3/4 water.
- Add 3-4 orange slices.
- Add your mint leaves.
- Cover the glass and let the water steep for about 3 – 5 hours. You can also leave it in the fridge overnight for a more robust flavor.
Note: You can also refill with water and continue to enjoy your orange-mint infused water, but I’d recommend using it for at least a day (the first 24 hours)
