Hello, summer. Has summer officially started in your country, or is it just here in Norway? Today we had 23 degrees, and I can tell you, it was pretty warm. I couldn’t think of anything else to sip on other than orange-mint-infused water with this condition. So I’ll be sharing its recipe here.

As you all may know, oranges have plenty of benefits. One of its best-being vitamin C: while mint is a good antioxidant. Therefore, this orange mint water is a perfect drink for a hot summer day as you get direct water replacement healthily.

Orange-mint Infused Water

This orange mint water is a perfect drink for a hot summer day as you get direct water replacement healthily.
Servings 3 people

Equipment

  • A large glass jug

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large orange (sliced)
  • 10 mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Fill your glass with 3/4 water.
  • Add the orange slices
  • Add your mint leaves.
  • Cover the glass and let the water steep for about 3 – 5 hours. You can also leave it in the fridge overnight for a more robust flavor.

Notes

You can also refill with water and continue to enjoy your orange-mint-infused water, but I’d recommend using it for at least a day (the first 24 hours).
