This strawberry spinach smoothie does the same! It’s also quick and easy to make! This is the perfect sip replacement if you are rushed in the morning or need a pick-me-up on any given day.

It contains no added sugars and is one of my favorite smoothies since it has lots of fiber which helps lose weight. As mentioned, it’s also fully packed with lots of vitamin C, which helps to boost the immune system.

  • Strawberries- Frozen strawberries are ideal as you won’t need to use ice cubes. This makes the smoothie cold for those who like it that way and even thicker!
  • Orange- Want to get all the nutrients of oranges in one glass? Well, add some orange. Oranges are a good source of vitamin C; oranges also contain fiber, potassium, and other essential vitamins and minerals. 
  • Watermelon- Get more vitamin c and potassium from this hydrating fruit.

  • Bananas- They are the perfect ingredient for a smoothie and add natural sweetness and creaminess, complementing anything you put in them.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1/2 banana
  • A slice watermelon (1/2b cup watermelon cubes)
  • 1 cup babay spibnach
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • Suppose you'd like a thinner smoothie, splash in more water.
  • For a thicker smoothie, add a few handfuls of ice.
