A green smoothie blend that’s my favorite: spinach, fresh pear, celery, and a frozen banana for an easy, healthy sip for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or on the go.

I hinted that the smoothie theme lately would be green smoothies in the previous smoothie. Not because they’ve gotten a lot of attention for “detox” or “cleansing” purposes, but because they’re also delicious!
This particular pear and spinach smoothie is made with immune-boosting ingredients like spinach, pear, and celery. I also added my favorite natural sweetener, banana, not forgetting some natural yogurt to make things smoooooooooth!

This pear and spinach smoothie is bright and refreshing but not teeth-chatteringly cold, making it perfect for the cold season.

Do you know what time of year it is? Time to get your diet back on track. At least that’s the case at our house. We’re saying goodbye to Christmas junk and overloaded holiday plates and hello to green veggies and healthy treats.

I recently made this delicious pear spinach smoothie again and am incredibly impressed. But seriously, for my life, I can’t tell there’re actual greens in this. It’s smooth and fabulous! And the hint of pear and banana is just phenomenal.
So exciting.
Pour this deliciousness into a glass and waste no time. In less than 5 minutes, it’s ready in all its beautiful facets. Slurp. Slurp. Enjoy!
