This raspberry banana spinach smoothie is so delicious; you can not help but try it. Not only that, but it’s also a healthy and filling breakfast idea! It is made up of nutritious ingredients and is a source of fiber.
As we continue to look forward to and slowly welcome the cozy season (fall), I thought it would be a good idea to share something green and reddish today. That is a smoothie that is a combination of raspberries and spinach.
Nothing extraordinary is needed for this raspberry banana spinach smoothie. All you need are ingredients that you always have on hand, even if you do not have much time. And, not only that, they are affordable.
I love this smoothie because it contains a whole package of nutrients, namely protein, vitamin C, and fiber. So if you’re one of those people who worry about eating a balanced diet every time you have something, you don’t have to worry anymore.

Note: If you choose to use fresh ingredients instead of frozen, you’ll probably need to add ice to keep the temperature nice and cold.
The nice thing about frozen ingredients in smoothies is that they are the perfect temperature without watering down the flavor. But that does not mean smoothies made with fresh ingredients aren’t delicious.
Personally, I vacillate between the two, so go with whichever you prefer.
- 1 cup frozen raspberry
- 1 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup baby spinach
- Place all ingredients in a blender, first the frozen ingredients (banana and raspberries), then the fresh baby spinach.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Adjust the amount of water until the desired flavour or consistency is achieved.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
