Strawberry chia smoothie
One thing you’ll love about this strawberry smoothie is that it doesn’t ask for much. Just 4 ingredients and you are good to go.
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup almond milk or low-fat milk.
How to make strawberry chia smoothie
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Note: This recipe only makes enough for 1 person. So if you have company, you can always adjust the ingredients.
